During my period of studying art history I realised that to me art (history) means much more than reading and studying about dead artists, past eras and the historical circumstances alone.
To me it rather means visiting museums and galleries with different eyes. Perhaps with eyes that were more keen and sometimes noticed too many details or focused on the lighting in an exhibition for too long, instead of enjoying the pure and simple nature of art. In any case my sole desire after watching art will always be reflecting and therefore writing down my thoughts on that same art.
Thus, the first chapter of this visual magazine has been dedicated to visual manifestations and art projects happening not only at museums and all kinds of galleries but more importantly behind the scenes, i.a. artist studios and restoration factories.
